FAQs
How are the macramé bags designed?
Each macramé bag is an original design crafted from buttery soft recycled cotton fibers. All bags are aesthetically designed and sturdily crafted for many uses. As owner and designer, I take immense pride in producing sustainable, high-quality, and gorgeous macramé bags made to be your staple tote to your local farmers' markets, grocery stores, or outdoor adventures. Every piece is hand-knotted with precision care, meticulous attention to detail, and much love.
How long does each piece take to be created?
Each macramé bag crafted takes between 5 to 10 hours of macramé knotting, depending on the bag design. It is a labor of love but well worth all the knots.
What are the materials used?
All-natural and recycled materials. Using only what nature gave us. The cording is cotton made from 100% recycled materials.
How do you properly care for macramé bags?
Hand-wash or spot clean only. Then air dry. Do not place any macramé into the dryer.
Where are you located?
The North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii, is home. I work out of my tiny studio room dedicated to all things Sunny Day Knots.
